Lumen21 is recognized by BMC with Connect Award in San Francisco at Dreamforce Conference
Santa Ana-September 8, 2011 - Lumen21 announced today that its CEO and President, Eduardo Don Jr. accepted on behalf of Lumen21 the BMC Customer Connect Award awarded to Lumen21 for their successful use of the BMC Remedyforce IT Service Management solution. Mr. Don was also invited to be part of Customer Panel at the Dreamforce.com conference held August 30 – September 2, 2011. The discussion centered on how SalesForce has been extended into the Help Desk environment. BMC and SalesForce.com developed an ITIL based service management solution on the Force.com cloud platform and how different clients IT organizations are reducing cost of supporting users while boosting help desk productivity.
